If you selected Regular US Ground Shipping, your order will arrive according to the transit times located here. Please note that this does not account for the 1-2 business day processing time required once your order is submitted to our warehouse.
Where are Inkkas shoes made?
All of our shoes are made in Mexico and Peru. This means that all materials, labor and manufacturing is also done in Peru and Mexico. When you buy our shoes you are buying an authentic Latin American product created by locals in those countries. Click here to learn more about the process.
What conditions do Inkkas manufacturers work in?
Inkkas fabrics are produced in partnership with local Peruvian workshops that are wholly owned by resident Peruvians. The factories are modern, safe, and abide by the most stringent labor law restrictions. All employees are above 18 years of age and are fairly compensated with a wage that is 2 to 5 times the average wage in Peru.
The shoe I want is listed as "Out of Stock", when will you be getting it in again?
If your shoes are currently not in stock, please check back in a few days! We receive a new shipment of shoes almost every two weeks and it takes about a week for the shoes to be loaded up onto the website.
I have wide feet, does Inkkas carry sizes for people with wide feet?
At this time, Inkkas only makes shoes in “regular” widths. We do not currently offer wide sizes.
I would like to buy a Inkkas gift certificate to offer as a gift, how do I do that?
Please visit this link in order to purchase a Inkkas gift card! We offer gift certificates in denominations of: $50, $75, $85, $100 and $200. They are redeemable during the checkout process on Inkkas.com by entering in a unique code that will be sent to the gift certificate recipient.
I don't see any size Men's size 13's or 14's, do you offer them?
No, not at this time :-(.
I see that you don't offer half-sizes. I am a 7.5, should I order a 7 or an 8?
We recommend that anyone who is normally a half size order the next whole size up. Here is a link to a size chart where you can see exactly how Inkkas shoes fit and each size's exact measurements. In any case, if for whatever reason you order a pair of Inkkas and they do not fit 100% like you would like them to, we would be happy to take them back for a full refund or to exchange them for the right size.
I got my Inkkas shoes dirty, how should I clean them?
We do not recommend putting Inkkas shoes in the washing machine. Instead, we recommend using a spray-on fabric cleaner to keep your Inkkas clean and lookin' good.
I love my Inkkas and I have so many pairs that I no long wear one of the older pairs anymore. What should I do?
Inkkas is always looking for ways to help others and, because of this, we offer a unique program to take back old pairs of Inkkas that are in good condition in order to donate them to non-profit organizations that provide them to people in need. How does it work? It's easy. Simply email us at email@example.com with a picture of your old Inkkas and we'll send you a prepaid postage slip to send us your old shoes. Once we receive them we will dispatch the old shoes to one of our non-profit partners that will provide them to people in need around the world. It's that simple!
Do Inkkas shoes have an arch support?
Yes, Inkkas provide arch support that is sufficient for the curvature of the average foot. However, if you typically wear orthopedic insoles in your shoes, you may want to use these orthopedic insoles in your Inkkas well. Inkkas' insoles are removable to make room for orthopedic inserts.

Don't worry! If you made a mistake in your order such as putting in the wrong shipping address or choosing the wrong size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to correct your order as soon as possible.

Inkkas support agents work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) from Monday to Friday. We are committed to responding to customer inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business hours. Please note that we do not respond to customer inquiries during weekends and/or holidays.
